Well that sucked. I had to lower the weight on the 4th set of squat to 120 and I was light headed warming up on the deadlift.

 

I figured instead of pulling a couple of sets I would just ramp up to a max but almost passed out. 160 went up with an rpe of about 6 and when I put 190 on there was nothing left.

 

I've felt tired all week so maybe I've picked up a virus or something from the kids. They've all been a bit snotty last week.

Dunno man. It happened a couple of years ago after a big rain and it rained all day yesterday so that might be why.

 

Sa Water are coming out in an hour or so. There's a big arse tap at the end of the street that they can open for a few hours to flush out the dirty water.

Turns out that some people at the council depot down the road were farking around with their fire system and all the tap switching sent a bunch of sh*t into the pipes.

I'm surprised about how hard my regular workout was last night... after taking just 1 week off... *sigh*

Yeah man I was sweating it out today for some reason. 

 

It's a long term thing though and there is no way to hit advanced numbers in a short time so I don't get too butthurt over it.
