Just saw on TV news how resistance training in Adelaide is helping elderly people regain mobility again.  I can certainly say its helped my bad back get better to the point I bare notice any pain there now.  Though I take it slow gettin out of bed still ...

I'm doing push bike riding for aerobic exercise.  Would jog but suspect my knees would play up.  Farrkn old age creepin up on me :roflmbo:

When you get past 35 get your hormone levels checked along with a full blood panel.

Those aches and pains might just need some extra help to dissipate.

Fwiw I found the best cure for a sore back is to increase core strength.

Slowly slowly mate and those cobwebs in the knees and other joints will disappear.

After my 169th visit to the gym just a moment ago and 366 days elapsing since my first visit since joining back up to a gym, I'm feeling good that I've made a fair whack of progress in my first full year :spoton::showoff:
