Are there exhaust systems for the Turbo Territory/F6X?
Would the xforce split dump to 3.5in single system fit at all or have you guys tried it? I have a complete system on my BA Turbo and I am selling the car as I have bought a second hand F6X and thought I'd ask as the standard system debunged and catless sounds like a truck on the F6X which is really sh!t if you want to know...

We have not yet got our hands on a Ford Territory to see if they use the same system as the Falcons.

So at the moment there is no direct bolt-on system for your car, However, our dealers might be able to help you with the custom made system using xforce products

You can use our contact page to find your closest Xforce dealer, they will be happy to discuss your options.

I saw that. I thought that would be the minimum size they would have. Twin 2.5" is what I'd put on an N/A 5.0L, not a blown one.

no a twin 2,5 system has done over 420rwkw on the blown 5.0 and that's not the restricting part yet

You dont want to lose to much torque either by just going bigger. Turboed cars are the exception to the rule.

2.5" is too small for turbo cars. Turbo cars you want the exhaust gases to flow as freely as possible post turbo.
We wouldn't recommend 2.5" for a 2L WRX or EVO let alone a big 4L straight 6 falcon

Twin 2.5 not single 2.5

XForce has made one for the B series turbos since the beginning and they work well. For some reason the FG's don't get the option, we are forced to go a big single.

I'm having problems with my Xforce stainless 3.5 single knocking on the body over the diff once it heats up. These stainless systems expand like nearly 2inches when hot. Just can't seem to get it adjusted right.

Is their a trick getting the exhaust into the correct spot?

Damm annoying.

You will possibly have to bend the support with rubber that is before the diff and the rear most support off the rear muffler I use a big zip tie to hold it firm on the rubber and keeps it in place also.
On my BA I also used a rubber mallet and my hands to work the aluminium heat shield out of the way before and over the diff assembly as this can be a big problem also that contributes to the knocking and rattling!

Cheers dude. I'll get the support before the diff done, the support near the rear muffler has already been zip tied. Not easy to actually see where it knocks as it cools pretty quick, just a bit more trial and error I suppose..

Yeah after going for a cruise I just put some gloves on jack the car up on stands or whatever while its still running, crawl under there and wabble it around! My first prob when I fitted mine was the box tubing on the tow bar I had to cut a section out as it would expand 2inches to the back of the car when hot.

hey guys,

I own a 2010 fg xr50 turbo ute, which I had fitted with a 4 inch stainless xforce exhaust. The exhaust seems to have hit the rear axel going over a bump. It's at standard height and there doesnt seem to be much clearance for the 4inch pipe. I had to replace the 45Deg bend coming out of the cat as it had been all pushed forward and bent. Have you had any other trouble with this?

Cheers

Tom
