Not sure if anyone else has this problem or if its been posted but when I use my iPhone on 3G to access the forum it comes up with [#2000] You are not allowed to visit the forum.

This is the only forum I am not able to access.

If I'm connected to WiFi it works normal.

1. If this is a support related enquiry should be posted in the ticket system.

2. It may be related to the cookie being stored tied with your Wifi IP address, and then when switching to 3G your mobile companies IP address. Try clearing your cookies and try again under 3G and see if you get the same error message.

Seems to be related to an IP address blocking issue re Telstra.

Can you confirm that you are all on Telstra?

Cheers

It's not blocked though...it actually loads the forum skin and a message "an error has occurred". But doesn't actually say what the error is!

Saw it myself today on two different iPhones at the same time, think they're both Telstra too.
