YES it would void your exhaust warranty.

However Ford cannot "void" a warranty because of modifications, however, they can deny a claim because of it.

While it is up to Ford to prove the mod caused the problem, I would doubt they could justify it because of a center muffler removal.

As long as you do not edit it, you should be ok, but then Ford have denied claims on stock cars, so your guess is as good as mine.

It's a moot point axeman. Even they do approve a warranty claim they don't have any mechanics with skills to do much beyond swap parts over. It's enough to make you :pukeup:
