I am going to tune my FG in the next few weeks. I am seriously considering tuning it on E10. I have heard of cars getting more power out of this fuel sometimes. Has anybody had their T tuned on E10 94/95 or E10 98 and if so what were the results in regards to power, fuel consumption etc.

I theory ethanol has 33% less energy per unit compared to petrol, but you are only using 10% ethanol so you could expect to se a 3.3% increase in fuel consumption

Never ran it on reg so i cant tell ya. I do however find that when i use say a shell or a Caltex 95 it will ping occasionaly. On 98 i can really feel the difference.

The best i have averaged is 9.4l to 100ks on a trip and that was using United fuel
