Few more qualifications (Level 2 etc.) and you could land a job that pays a fair bit more than that. Hell, Integral 3rd year apprentices get 25/hour, nearly the base tradesman rate at my employment. Moving into new offices.. Nice downstairs basement we are decking out as a lounge/tv room..Couldn't help but notice that there is an aircon.. Not split system.. Right above the door to the storage closet..So wondering what's going on with that as we don't wanna increase moisture to the storage room as it has a bunch of expensive equipment in there..We find:Pure quality.. All will change next Monday! 2 days left of being an apprentice, about farking time I say! Lol. Will see what me and the boss agree to with what I'm worth an hour. I say $40p/hr but me thinks he won't like that too much hahaha. That's not the quality you expect..Also shy remember there is a huge difference between 25 and 40 an hour.. Like 30 grand a year.. Also don't forget your boss has to pay super etc.. So there's another 9% on top he has to fork out for..But if I were you and had a trade I'd hold out for 30 or maybe 25 with double time for any OT..
