Don't get me started bro. I pulled off the intake pipe muffler (it was farked and sucking hot air anyway), I taped it and another split up and now it actually sucks air from behind the headlight. That's gotta add another 3hp.

I sh*t you not, with those two things done it goes noticeably better :roflmbo:

I'm up for new tyres too I think on the FG. The Nangkang NobleSports on the front are flogged on the shoulders and the rears are near new, but some weird "Grenlander" brand. Judging by the rego docs, Pickles chucked some second hand tyres on to get it to pass.

I loved the Goodyear Eagle F1 Directionals on my BA. But Invos are $209 (as opposed to $286) in my size and everyone here seems to like em.

Looks like they wear faster based on the ratings, but more than offset by the saving.

Wow just googled those Grenlanders. Couldn't find 19s, but the 18s in similar width and profile are $82...

Time for some skids then?

Seems lame, but I've got way too much mechanical sympathy for that!

Heaps of tread in the fronts (except shoulders) and rears, so might try to sell them after they are replaced. I'm sure someone else will be keen to tear them up!
