I'm looking for expressions of interest and If there is enough interest I can move forward with getting it manufactured. Depending on number it would be around $2000 with shipping around $100. With a reasonable number of orders it would be cheaper. For that it you would get a complete kit: Bonnet, Grills, bonnet liner, screws, all the drainage hoses, etc. You would still need to paint it.I'm considering the option of exchange bonnets but that would cost postage each way and more hastles.Wayne

I'd love it but $2K is getting up there, especially as it needs to be painted. Edited 16/10/06 05:03 AM by Mr Majestyk

appwkc Member 27 Member For: 17y 7m 27d Location: Canberra Posted 16/10/06 05:10 AM Author Share Posted 16/10/06 05:10 AM I recognise it's not cheap - I won't mention what my copy cost. There needs to be a fair bit of reinforcing in the front end once it is cut.Steel is hopefully more durable longer term and the cutting of the Grill in mine took over 3 hours to mill. I'm looking into what I could do to reduce costs.

He is just a bloke that modded his bonnet, and up close it is a great job. I guess people hit him up on the day, and an idea has grown.By the way mate, welcome to the forum.Scotty Edited 16/10/06 05:20 AM by Kimberley Scott
