My mk1 auto made 173 rwkw prior to mods.

At the time several compared manual T5's were making 190-195 rwkw in std. configuration

I know how you feel 171 rwkw (auto) .........no wonder it feels broke when running on the factory tune.

We have seen a few 6 Speed Typhoons bring some big number stock, do you think that Ford have fudged the 270 kw output a bit to keep it under the GT?

From the results given and the times it would make you think that perhaps they are underated by atleast 10 - 15 flywheel kw.

agreed

My BA F6 made 225rwkw with just on 3000km's on the clock.  By the third run, and without much time between it was down to 218rwkw.

Is this level of power drop normal after a few runs? (heat soak??)

<{POST_SNAPBACK}>

Yes, the loss of power is normal if doing back to back runs. The phoon intercooler isn't really that good compared to aftermarket units.
