  1. Thanks for the responses guys but ive sorted it out. A black rubber glove I had over the intercooler pipe while I was working on it must of fallen in at some point and was blocking the intercooler
  2. I dont so may just have to get a new one to try.
  3. Yeah I reset the ecu and sprayed some wd40 into the solenoid but no joy, will have to check the sensor in the intercooler pipe. It was working fine before the turbo was swapped.
  4. Lags with the old actuator on too. I did a fault scan and got the fault P1228 FORD - Wastegate Failed Open Under Pressure
  5. Any info on what the numbers mean, the old one has 6-1/1 whereas the new one has 7-1/1
  6. Cheers, pretty sure it was shut when I put it on.
  7. Ok will put the old actuator on and see if that sorts it. Also what does the 6-1/1 number on the turbo mean?
  8. Could it be the new actuator causing the issue? Would it be worth putting the old actuator back on?
  9. I just replaced the turbo on my g6e with a brand new one, exact same turbo but now I'm experiencing major turbo lag. Will I need to get it tuned or could something else be the issue?
