  1. Damn the Sydney sneeze has made its way to NZ, back in lockdown here.
  2. Cheers guys, its definitely a cool & unique bit of FPV history. I am honestly not sure where to start, car has a lot of history. I brought it from the UK believe it or not, car has done little work since Warren Luff crashed it at QLD raceway where it was subsequently repaired and put into the Ford museum in Geelong where it was until about 2012. I plan to eventually give it a mini makeover including a general tidy up and closed door respray plus recreate the old livery. You can see where they resprayed the car after Luff put it into the wall they didn't remove original graphics and sprayed right over, obviously to save time and having to re apply graphics. Yea this was the Drift Australia Mallala round, I have some more pictures from this round which I will post below. Wish I could drop it off at yours for mechanical makeover!
  3. Been a while between drinks but thought some of you original old school members might appreciate my latest acquisition. Had it for a while now, plenty to update on in due time. Back in 06
  4. In abit of a pickle here lads, airbag light on my BF XR6 will not go away! Basically it has a fault code lodged for the passenger side curtain airbag auto electrician has tried a new airbag connector, New airbag module and today we tried a seat out of my BA - No different. Anyone have any ideas what to try next!? Its baffling we can see the wiring is in tact on his scan tool but the fault remains. Any ideas would be appreciated
  5. You talking about this part here? I thought about that but by the time I find one it may be easier to have this one welded up by the time I find another base.
  6. Going to take to a Panel Beater friend of mine who has a welder and see if he can fix it up, And make stronger if possible, Don’t really want to have to replace seat.
  7. Look at this seat failure on this BA Ute I recently brought. Brought it broken of a bloke who probably weighed 75-80KG at best. Metal is like 1mm thick... Piss poor.
  8. Why did Roland and Tander himself say it helped them? Lol. Yes it held up Gizzy and did him a favor too as he didn't need to double stack, Win Win!
  9. Not sure who uses sand paper as hand warmers.
  10. Na bro I wish! Just saw it outside the airport.
  11. Scored some BA XR8 18’s for cheap with decent tyres 7mm plus. Always good to have some rims spare that clear brembos.
  12. Why don’t VIC have a state of origin team? Are they sort of the Bum state?
  13. WHS^ That race was awesome was rooting for Rins.
