  1. Cheers for the reply Yeah that's what I thought I might try that first if not ill put the SL springs on the bilsteins
  2. Hello all Just seeing if there is any suspension gurus out there that are familiar with bilstein front shocks , I remember reading ages ago that they had adjustable spring perch heights just wondering if that is true and if so how do you adjust to the top or bottom one , from what I can gather mine are in the middle or top groove From what I can see on mine it has a groove in the shock and what looks like a ring or circlip that the lower perch must sit on Just replaced my old stuffed standard shocks with KFFL 57 SL king springs for some bilsteins with KFFL 57/520 that I got off a mate so just wondering if I can drop that spring perch down one to drop the front abit more or I might have to swap the springs over Thanks in advance to anyone that might know
  3. anyone know if I can use a zf auto out of a fg and just swap my tcm into it ? also whats the difference between bf and fg convertors?
  4. haha was waiting for someone to mention rvo the pause would be a good 1/4 to half a second , and now under hard driving its flairing in 4th so I think its time to replace it haha
  5. hey guys got a bf f6 with zf auto on the weekend it started playing up while I was at the drags in performance or tiptronic mode when it would go to change gear it would just have a massive pause until it got the next gear , pretty much just delayed and then would pick the next gear , auto is still running the standard auto tune in it car makes around 480kw , im just wondering if the box is tired ( cars done 220,000ks and box was ment to have been rebuilt by rvo before I got the car ) and on its way out or if someone else has had similar issue and was a simple fix , thanks scott
  6. Yeah I have found those just don't know if same size diameter bottom bit
  7. I ended up getting one from herrod but its exactly the same size as mine is and now I look at it it looks like some has tried drilling mine already the herrod one is no where near the size of the high flow one posted up above
  8. do you happen to know the part number for the bosch high flow unit mate ?
  9. hey guys , yep did get to the end of this after buying a new ecu and eveyrthing haha turned out to be a slight intake manifold leak on no1 underneath gasket , the factory ecu is quite smart and it sees the leak and compensates by dropping no6 to balance the engine , replaced the intake manifold gasket and its been good as new haha
  10. Yeah swapped adaptors round and eveb used new ones and same sh*t Haha Yeah ill suss the coil wiring tommorow and put some new earths on too So over it haha only does it on idle aswell which is annoying
  11. 1000cc with the plug adaptors but have swapped injectors around and used different plugs and it stays on no6
  12. Yeah I ended up running a new wire from ecu to injector and same thing but it did bring up this fault so im thinking maybe a coil pack wiring problem as I changed coilpacks and does the same and it causes it to cut signal to injector also as a safety maybe ? P0356 - ignition coil 6 primary secondary circuit
  13. hey guys got a 2007 bf f6 , been tuned and so on blah blah recently it has been running sh*t on idle ( 5 cylinders ) then come good after 5-10 seconds just brought up cyl misfire , check it with a noid light and it drops power when plugged into the injector but when you just have the noid light in it keeps flashing with no drop out iv changed ecu today , and its still doing the same thing , even swapped the no 6 injector and coilpack round and still does the same thing on cylinder no 6 on idle will drop power or earth when plugged in to the injector anyone have any ideas or had same problem before I burn the thing to the ground haha thanks
  14. awesome thanks arronm , might get this kit and just make some new brackets up
