  1. It's ok Don, you can chip in for my tax and tune then I'll even buy you a coffee next time I'm down
  2. He pretty much underpaid every hour of overtime and now I owe the ATO... Then had the nerve to offer to "loan" me the money to pay it
  3. What don said. Although could be a while. My boss screwed me in tax this year :(
  4. All finished, re-loomed and vac lines cleaned up. She makes a steady 9-10psi which is expected. Now I just need to sort out the cooler and intake piping
  5. Oh yes, right after a quick coat of black engine enamel [emoji14]
  6. To all those playing at home, my boost problem has been resolved! Faulty wiring connecting to the CAS at the back of the motor was the issue. For anyone running without the stock heat shields, I highly advise against it. This is what was left of the wiring
  7. Did you go to the playground [emoji14]
  8. Exactly, she made a funny and I was showing my appreciation
  9. Possible success!! CAS wiring looks pretty damn shagged to me
  10. I haven't checked those valves yet by my theory is that even if they are stuffed, due to the size of the turbo it should still be able to flow way more than those valves can and therefore make more than 6psi
  11. I has to be a flow issue, if the wastegate can't open the only thing that can stop the turbo from spooling till it throws a rod is either not enough air getting in or not enough air flowing through the exhaust turbine. We've eliminated the cat (it's now hollow) it's not the air filter, the cooler isn't blocked and there's no leaks. Steve mentioned that the exhaust cam timing could be stuck hence doing something with the valves but that's where my knowledge kinda stops lol Going to check the exhaust flow this arvo and hook the boost gauge up to the turbo to see what boost its actually making
