  1. Happy Birthday wa g6et!

  2. Happy Birthday wa g6et!

  3. I have the Xforce 4" dump and 3.5" catback, makes a lot more torque than the stock system did(power much the same)but downside needed to port the waste gate to help control the boost.
  4. Which Koni's? Koni reds are about the same price as the bilsteins. The second price sounds about right for springs, shocks, fitted and aligned.
  5. Good idea also would be to replace your diff bushes at the same time with something a little better than stock. Factor in a few hundred dollars extra, it will save you in the long run!
  6. Check around some of the 50ths may just happen to have a 5 year factory warranty and with usually low Kim's would be a bargain.
  7. I have a true trac in my G6ET. Great bit of kit.

    Xyz Brakes

Seems to be a common theme. The Harrop Monster kit cleared up front and not the rear with my G6ET factory 19s. I went to great pains before getting the Harrops having being assured by Harrops themselves they will fit but still they didn't. Harrops experimented with new rear brackets but due to the FG rear suspension setup ,the large diameter rotors and the offset needed to clear componetry put the calipers too far out. Options were as you have already looked at 1 PBR rears from FPV/Territory Or 2 Get rims that clear big brakes, like I did. I was worried about brake bias and using an untested combo, so preferred to keep the Harrops fronts and rears together. Let us know how you get on.
  9. Happy Birthday wa g6et!

  10. Saw this yesterday, not sure if original but looked like a real Shelby
  11. Just saw the Harrops website, didn't realise they were still doing the Monster kit for the FG. Last time I spoke with them they were only doing the Monoblock and Ultimate kits. Must have added them back in after I spoke with them. Be interesting to see their current pricings.
  12. Harrops have moved to either the monoblock type (at I think 355mm front 350 rear) and Ultimates. Missing photos re inserted below.
  13. Yea I had the PBR upgrade on my commodore, great for street duties. I looked into something similar for my FG, spoke with PBR nothing available as a kit, also called Race Brakes in Sydney and there was a possibility of them doing a kit using the PBR calipers. This was a while back and was dependant on availability from PBR themselves. it's about needing to have custom calliper brackets made $$$$$$$.
  14. I have Harrops on mine and the G6E 19s just cleared the fronts(maybe by 3 mm) but the rears needed spacers of around 10mm. I didn't want to go the path of using any spacers so opted for different rims for clearance. I'm lead to believe you would need spacers on the front too with Brembos. I also think wheel spacers may be illegal here in WA, someone might know for sure if this is true
  15. I have ultimates in my Harrops, as said above, hell dusty but they grab hard even from cold which is a nice trait for your daily. And from Harrops themselves they are friendly on rotors. That's why Harrops recommend them for their brakes.
