  3. hey Dan I just fitted a stage one process west kit to my ba on the weekend the only thing is my cars not a typhoon but the kit which I bought second hand was from a bf typhoon and the previous person who I bought the kit from had put an adaptor in it for the boost gauge I think that is what the sensor is in your cooler but I might be wrong hope that helps you if not pm me and ill send you my phone number

  5. hey just replaced my intercooler on my ba with a stage 1 process west cooler and when I took the old std intercooler off its got a FPV part number on th top of it is this normal cheers Rob

  9. hey guys need some help here I bought a ba turbo ute auto couple months ago when I got it had a diff bearing noise so I had the bearings replaced including axle bearings, driving home from the diff place I could still hear a bearing noise and called the diff place and he seemed to think it was coming from the front hubs so we replaced both still no difference today ended up replacing centre tailshaft bearing but noise is still there ,the next thing the diff place said was it must be your low profile tyres im running std 17 ba xr6 rims the noise does change over different road sufaces but im still not sold what do guys think also would anyone have a set of stock rims which I could try on the car cheers rob
  10. Hey guys dont know if anyone else has found this on there BA turbos but I thought id let you know what happened with mine. After cleaning out throttle body (rough idle problem) I started the car and noticed engine lift bracket on the inlet manifold side moving I stopped the engine and checked the bolts in the inlet manifold and found all of htem to be very loose you can get to all the bolts if you remove the cross over pipe and get the others from under the car.Might be worth a check guys and idle is perfect now

  13. hey guys just wondering has anyone replaced the diff bearings themselves in a ba turbo ute if so how hard a job was it and has anyone got any info in doing the job
  14. hey guys new to the forum love it just a 2004 ba turbo ute 110km question ive got is when the ute is hot and shift from drive to reverse its got a couple of seconds before it selects reverse has anyone else got this problem and also where do you check trans level cheers Rob
