1. Im keen on both the cold air and battery relocation you have for sale.

Need to know if everything is there for both items or if there are parts like bolts or pipes missing before I commit to purchase. Also, is the Nizpro cold air completely enclosed?

Regards,

Arthur

2. I looked at the link and then youtube and saw the demo which has me keen but this is the first Ive heard of this. Can someone who knows please give a very brief description and cost of a carputer and what else is needed to get this up and running. Not sure if this is possible but can you display gauges on the screen via the carputer e.g oil pressure, oil temp, boost, etc.?
3. While youre at it, take the thermostat housing off and flush the block top down as well. The new gasket costs $1.75. Oh, and dont forget to open the heater to flush the coolant there also.
4.
I am definately interested in this one.. I already have a good spare housing sitting here... But haven't got around to ringing MR Turbo for a price..... Let me know what the costs are please....
I have no idea. Its just on my wish list. I was hoping someone who can do this and sees this will offer a decent discount if there's enough interested.
5. Anyone keen on a turbo swing valve (flapper) mod? Suggest a rear housing exchange method to keep costs down.
6. Hey JP300, thank your lucky stars you didnt go off at the same time as the Charger
7. I did a search but wasnt able to find DIY instructions on how to relocate the battery to the boot. I realise there are kits available but wanted a budget DIY option. Hopefully someone has done this and is happy to share their methods e.g. where to source battery box and cables from, where to locate battery box in boot and which way to route cable to starter motor, etc. P.S. pictures will be nice too
8. Thanks guys for your comments. My son wanted to hang on to the PS2 as he has a large collection of games so we went and picked up a core console for $349 today. Guess the 1st priority now is to get a 20GB HDD. There's a couple on ebay that Im gonna follow. Thanks again.
9. Saw this in the latest Motor mag and its got me interested. At $100,000 they'll be the cheapest GTHO around. I'm sure that there will be more demand than supply especially if FPV make only 300 cars (and so they should). Then it'll be a case of who you know at Ford to get on the waiting list in advance. Either that or a lottery. FPV's GTHO will need to be over 350kw to be taken seriously. Can't see how this can be done without a supercharger which is fine by me:spoton: This will upset the purests but then you only have to look at the Shelby supercharged GT350. One thing is certain and that is Ford is on a winner as it will be a collectors from day one. So where do I sign up for one?
10. Hey guys. My sons have gathered some money between them from recent birthdays and want to upgrade their game console from the PS2. I'm obviously no expert but talked them out of getting the PS2 slim as Im sure that there is no change other than the size (I hope!). I suggested the Wii but they've been told from mates that the graphics aren't as good as the XBOX 360 or PS3. I noticed the XBOX 360 core console pack on special for $349 and put it to them. We worked out quickly that the core console pack means that it doesnt come with a hard disk or cordless controller. A quick ebay search found that 20GB HDD's and wireless controllers at about $50 each new + a few bucks for postage. Obviously we need to get new games to suit but we realise this. So is going down this path a good deal or should I do it differently or something else?
11. I heard that there's no 98 ron fuel in Tassie. If this is true then 277rwkw is my guess on 95.
12. that's good to know tab so thanks. Though I think that when I need to know under bonnet or airbox temps, Id be thinking about going wot and not comfort. You have, however, given me a good idea about how to boost the cooling down of the interior when I need to (bloody black cars in summer)
13. sh*te that looks tough. Well done sutty. Theres some bling there that's for sure. It must go as fast as it looks. You might have to come down for a closer inspection. Take care of the beast and enjoy
