  1. Sorry but in nsw they can book you even if your towball is in front of your plate.
  2. I don't think that the side would be strong enough to support a lid hinge
  3. could be the leaf springs rubbing, mine did that for a while. had to separate the ends of the springs with a screwdriver and spray with lubricant
  4. we removed the rear muffler on one of my utes, since been sold, it tended to be quite droney when crusing along, did give a nice rumble when backing off though
  5. if its not moving it cant be the drive train, if it clicks when moving slowly when turing slightly it may be the limited slip diff... mine did that, they changed the oil and yes it stopped.....well it stopped long enough for me to swap the diff with the one that had an aftermartek diff, and then I sold the over one, so I don't know if the problem went away, but my diff is now nice and quiet.. although I now only have one ute.... sad..
  6. when my old BA diff went, we had it replaced with an earlier model.an ED I think.
  7. so some of you must have had LPG for a while, any comments??
  8. it was supplied with the lid, was by LIDLOCK it is wired into the door remote, when you unlock the pass door the lid unlocks. is excellent, no key holes to get dirty, no key holes to open with a screwdriver, and the brackets are heavy duty stainless, very difficult to force open.
  9. my lid is fitted with remote locking so don't have to worry about keys
  10. on both my utes the rear wheels are not the same distance from the chassis, on one there is only a small difference, but on the other there is quite a noticeable difference. Has any one else noticed this? every thing else looks straight, and no we haven't been drifting into kerbs..
  11. put in a dual turbo setup............. or better still trade it in on a xr6turbo.
  12. if you cant figure out how to fit them, you don't deserve to own one.
