Hi all, just got an interesting call from a smash repair joint after a complete price a a body shell for an XR6T....my noseyness got the netter of me and I found out.. This more guy was on alfreds point bridge and some loser lost it and slammed staight up the rear end of this T so hard that the front doors are up againt the front gaurds... The driver seems to be ok, however shock and a broken heart is expected for this poor lad... it was also a HGAG driver too....

yeah I here ya , revenge will be comming, I just purchased a nice old bottle of brake fluid im sure that will come in very handy in a few weeks, when the berries were thrown I noticed a white hyundia parked right behind mine and never had a mark on it, well guess what, yesterday afternoon I see this mongrel asswipe getting out of it..... and yep....parking in the exact spot I had mine when he supposedly threw the crap at my car...... how obvious it is now that it was deffinaltley him hey..... "WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND"

Since it happened iv'e taken a walk right around the dealership here looking for the tree and found it about 300meters up the street... I also hear that some guy living on the top floor of an apartment block I park right in front of had some issues with another worker from here parking just down from where I am, and funny enough my car was parked directly in front and underneath his balcony window, so im guessing the gutless wonder was tossing them from there, and letting them splat on the paintwork...thinking bout collecting an entire box and returning at nite and painting his ###@#@@* house with them.....Loser!!!! Its hard to say these days there are morons everywhere, we here at city ford had an BA XR8 ute stolen from inside the workshop where sentry window tinters work and we also had 4 other Xr's and T's with the rear quarter glass smashed and had the spare wheel stolen..... and that was all in one day....sound like the theif go away with a brand new XR8 and a tray back full of Mag Wheels.... and yep u bet.... no one saw nothing!!!!

Yep u bet, I copped it . Finished work at 4.00pm yesterday afternoon . I park my car right outside my window where I can see it at all times, I clocked off and walked up to my car and noticed something on the bonnet, My first thought was bird crap, I got closer and noticed it all over the bonnet and up the fnt windscreen across the roof panel down the rear windscreen on the decklid down the side of the car, u name it, it was on it. Some Moron with no life threw a bag full of red tree berries at it . I counted about 60 to 70 splat marks on it ( some the size of cricket balls ) These berries once they hit a surface explode with a moist paint like substance with is inside it, similar to a paint ball... There were no trees around the car and a white car parked directly behind the T never had a mark on it.... I rushed it into the workshop and got the high pressure hose onto it for about 30mins , I managed to get the worst of it off however the worry about after reaction and what ever acid these berries contain has me really worried... Just goes to show how screwed up some ppl can be dosnt it.... Marty

Hi all, ok its just hit 4,000 ks and im over this steering issue ( shudder ) To keep it simple its making a hell of a noise and its not right! yep, u know the one, low idle hard steering turns in reverse rolling forward I have had the car in the workshop yesterday and they pulled the rack out and adjusted and tightened the nuts and inserted washers on it, only to find the noise is still there and louder than ever... it only does it when the car is moving at very low speed and when the wheel is turning from left to right and braking slightly at the same time... any how I returned it to the dealership and they are saying that it cant be fixed and that its normal for these cars to do it.... im not happy and certainly not satistied with that for an answer... whats the deal people, am I the only one hearing this, should we just ignore it and keep driving oir what... any suggestions to the way about fixing it? please help Marty

hey JBXR6T, that sounds like its off the old Au XR's.... There isnt anuthing Genuine relased from ford like that... It may be aftermarket.... throught Kit places or Spoiler Joints...

Hws this... When I was in new cars on xmas eve picking up my new T I was talking to the salesman and he was telling me about this couple who came in weeks ago. They were only in there late 20's, as they checked out several cars, the guys girlfriend had her heart set on a T they had in the showroom...after sitting down with the salesman I was talking to they decided that it was outta there range and that they would have to wait till next year some time before they had any chance of affording a car like this... the young lass was devistated, but she held her head up high and left dissapointed but aware that they couldnt afford it... Well... weeks passed and the saleman was shocked to see the same guy walk in this time with out the young irl on his arm...he sat the guy down and signed the dotted line....a sweet 5 speed manual sillouette Turbo sedan leather interior, 18s, premium sound, and sunroof... He made sure the car was dressed with a huge bow and ribbon and had it taken straight to his girlfriends house....where there he wished her a very merry xmas.... ************how cool is that************* I bet he got something that night. Sharkey...if u start having problems getting her outta the drivers seat..easy follow these simple combinations of steps... *Tell her the drivers seat visor has no vanity mirror *Install a series of lipstick holders in the glove compartment for easy access *Put a foot spa on the left front floor *Keep a womens day mag in the left door trim compartment *Tell her shes getting a badly burnt right arm and she needs to even them out on the left side *Keep up the compliments of how sexy she looks from the right side+ *Or make her paraniod about her left side or use it to your advantage and make it sexuall and tell how much of a turn on it is to see a chick driving such a big strong powerful automobile....and make her go through the gears like Kylie Minougue in the "I just cant get u outta my head"...filmclip......
