  6. Found out today from ford that the bf mkii xr6 and xr6 turbo have the same bonnet as the ba. Only the normal Bf model has the diff bonnet
  7. Just wondering how to fit the bonnet protector on a bf mkii. The instructions say there should be studs to screw the nuts onto but under my bonnet at the front there are just holes. Anyone fitted one to a bf or have any pics? Thanks
  8. I've got 310rwkw and am still using the stock clutch and have been for a while. Just dont launch hard off the line and you will be fine

Have been trying to solve the same problem. Was thinking of just buying a small digital led pencil one to stick below the speedo
  10. A truck drove into me yesterday as I was merging into traffic and scrapped the side of my car. He said he didn't see me but I dont think he was even watching the road as I was already half in the lane and it was in heavy traffic so we would have been doing under 20kmph. Unfortunetly because there was dashed lines in the merging lane I am at fault because I should have given way to him even though I was already halfway into the lane and he drove forward into me. Hopefully my insurance will cover my car but I just want to know if anyone has had to replace the rear tub in there ute before? And how much it cost them? I dont think you would be able to hit out the dint. Here are some pics:
  11. Great prices I wish I waited for this group buy. They fit the xforce gauge pod without modifications not sure about the fpv one. Only problem that I had was the plastic xforce pod seemed to expand in the sun so I had to put a little bit of silicon on the gauge to hold it in. You can't notice it and it worked well. The only problem with the gauges is if they get really hot in the sun they seem to get a bit blurry but go back to normal once they have cooled down.
  12. I just saw this last night on boost cruising. Thought I would paste the info on here.

  14. Finally got it off at last. I got someone to pull on the tyre while I wound it and it moved just enough to get the tyre off. Unbolted the winch from underneath and by the look of the winch its stuffed. Dunno if the guy I bought the car off broke it or what but here is a pic of it. Hoping to get one from a wreckers maybe. Also not sure about tyre sizes that are on it. The tyres on it at the moment are 245/40 R18 93W and the spare is a speed restricted (80km/h) 235/45 R17 93W. I'd say I can drive with it on it since its the factory spare and the wheels are the standard rims. Anyone know if its ok to drive with the spare on it? It wont stuff the alignment etc?
  15. Lucky I wasn't on the side of the road with a flat. I would be pissed at ford. Hopefully if there isn't another way of getting it down I can book it in for ford to fix it. Would it be covered under warranty if I have done engine mods etc? Or does doing mods void warranty on the whole car
