  6. Hi All, Paul will have a disc of photos I took from the Dyno day by lunch time tomorrow. Give him a call or drop in if you want to see any images... Troy
  7. Fat ride mate, I love the wheels, sits nice on the road, shame about the power loss, but you'll get it back! Enjoy...
  8. Nice ride mate, Looks real tough with the all black rims...
  9. Man that is awesome, sounds so sweet! Looks like it pulls pretty hard!
  10. Chief are good, they custom made me a cover for my AC Cobra, sight unseen...fits perfectly, but $$$$ How much do you love your car??? I thought it was worth it!
  11. Keep her de-badged! I think it looks tougher, I'm about to do the same to mine, but I am also doing a bit of custom paintwork as well, so mine will look even more different when I make her naked! Customising the Ford badges too, for something different ;-)
  12. Couldn't tell you as we did so much work, and it was part of the deal I did with Mal. It was only the rear the 2 shafts custom made, but the Uni and CV was upgraded as well as the yoke to the diff. Give Mal a call if you need a price, he'd be happy to answer any questions...
  13. I have just had some polishing done on a set of wheels, and the guy who did them swears by White Diamond, and his work was brilliant...came up real good. It was obviously a metal polish, not for a body, but he's a pro and that's what he recomended as a brand to use.
  14. Ok guys, time to update the project information... I have been at Mal Woods for the past 2 days, getting some pretty major surgery carried out on my T. We have ripped out the T5, and replaced it with one of Mals T56's 6 speeds, but upspec'd it a fair bit, with bigger input and output splines and altered 1st gear a little from standard, and a few other trick bits Mal suggested we do. We have also installed the new Option 3 Plus clutch with organic plate, alloy flywheel etc. We have also rebuilt the diff and changed ratios to 4.1's, and put in one of the Torque Tuff LSD's at the same time...while this is going on in one part of the workshop, Mal knocked up my new tailshaft for me, knowing that this T is going to have at the end over 500 RWHP, standard one aint good enough, so Mal custom fabricated one with new yolk and heavy duty cv etc, and made it out of Chrome Moly tube...tough as! The other thing he custom fabricated from an FG gearstick was a very short throw arm to go into the short throw shifter on the new T56 box, and man it's short throw, and quick changes!!! I drove it back from the workshop at Warwick late this arvo, and it feels great, I can't wait for everything to bed in and get some K's up on her, so I can start giving her a bit of curry! By the time I got home (200K trip) she was loosening up a bit more, so look out... It was so worth the trip to get this work done, great work, great bunch of guys to hang out with for 2 days and watch the whole process happen. Thanks again Mal
  15. She's gonna look great with those wheels man!
