Get ready for it............. it was a black Fairmont Ghia, lowered, huge dish rims, twin dump exhausts and the meanest V8 noise i have heard.
This thing was at the lights near Fremantle WA and there was a VS Dunny next to it egging him on reving it and

. When the lights when green the commo nailed it then suddenly this Ghia went straight past it with the loudest roar.
It was awsome. I want one. Any for sale.
I hope someone knows this guy.
Cheers

Why not spend some $$$ on yours & nail them both???
Stuff the roar of a V8 when you can have the whistle of a turbo 6!!!

I know where you are coming from, a Big black luxo barge dumped on its ass with ultra black tint and 20in crome, cruising the streets late at night, very cool.

Hey,
Funny story... I was in my mates car when he asked "hey, were you in Fremantle the other night?" "Yes" i replied - setting off a smile on my mates face "You might want to have a look on the XRTurbo forum then, someone saw your car and made a few comments!"
Well, with no hesitation I signed up tried to find the 'post' regarding my car. Yes, the guy with the BA Fairmont Ghia V8 is me.
Thank you for the lovely words regarding my exhaust system.

Hi guys,
I wouldnt want to meet a guy at the lights with a 'phoon!!! A friend of mine has actually ordered a six speed BF 'phoon - during the test we had fun!!!
I've attached a photo of my Ghia as requested. It's nothing special - it has King Springs at the front with Lovells at the rear. 18x9.5" Starcorp wheels at the rear holding 265's. The best part is the signature from Glen Seton on my console!!!

Love the Luxo cars. I am thinking that my next ride will be a 5.4 Farmont Ghia or Fairlane Ghia with some nice 19s

BA_GHIA_V8, if I see you I'll give you the thumbs up. I am in a Pearl Blue Fairmont with chrome 18s.

the exhaust system has Pacemaker extractors with factory cats, leading to twin 2.5" exhaust together the whole way - (they seperate just before the diff) and free-flow hotdogs. 3.5" stainless dump pipe exits.
There is a little cut-out under the bumper - I had it done on the other side aswell so it all matches.
There isnt many mods done to the car (yet) I've put in 'Super-Low' King Springs at the front with Lovells springs at the rear (which are actually for a Holden Torana but fit perfectly on the BA-BF) which gives it a great sleek ride height.

I think i've seen you driving down the 'strip' in Freo a few times. A black F'laine or LTD dumped with nice 19" chromies would look absolutely awesome! (could you imagine seeing one with the 'Boss' bonnet!!!)

Love the ride. low n sleek. Ultimate cruiser with all the electronic jobbies. Now all you need is the edit and 4V heads off XR8 or even better GT orGT/P. Put it on the wish list.

Thanks buddy -
I wouldnt mind the Ford Flash Tuner by Capa - i'm just not sure how well it works (power / torque increase etc.) on the 3V compared to the 4V.

there is a fair bit of potential in these 3 valves. Possibly as much if not more as the 4 valve. I heard that 4 valves was over kill on the boss due to the stroke length, but eh this is only what i have read and by no means a fact

I saw a Bf MkII Fairmont Ghia today, with all the stuff you mention above but this car was silver and looked awesome. Was here in Sydney too.
