  1. there's a lot involved... have a read of all of the N/A to Turbo threads in this forum section to get yourself a reasonable idea -> http://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/forum/142-ford-40l-na-discussion/ bottom line; it's not worth it, just sell up and buy a turbo.

  2. For me it will do everything I need. Stage my fuel pumps, run my shift light, give me interstate support with tuning abilities so I dont need to relie on Adelaide “tunners/work shops. Provide piece of mind with all the engine protection features, wide band visibility boost ingear and heaps more. It doesn’t matter that it cant be used to tune the ZF, this is technically very difficult to achieve. Its not for everyone but for what I’m trying to do its, on paper at least perfect. Plus Dion Amato swears by it and has used it to tune his 6sec race car. live tuning, the list goes on and on. Looking forward to it!

  3. As the full size Ford are no longer made, coz people wants SUVs these days, a piss weak excuse if ever there was one, does this mean cars like our XRs have become instant classics?

  4. Lol @ rda taking a beating... Try them on a track or in twisty roads until they're actually hot and see how long they last.

  6. Good stuff Typhoon. I think I'll be going also in a few weeks. Did anyone else see the dynomite car on the latest fullboost vid? Looks like it was one of the dev cars, or at very least early adopters. Very keen for some feedback on these!

  9. Happy to be proved wrong but I'm pretty sure that no version of the g6et has ever come from the factory with lsd.

  10. Limits of the single spinner is 440kw plus and mine didnt feel like breaking anytime soon Maybe the m86 is a good open cause it was incredibly predictable in the wet, always the drivers side broke and just free spun, leaving traction on actually helped the car alot in the wet, I am incredibly impressed with how well it could handle my power level even in the rain, since going over to an LSD (truetrac) the car is a lot more tail happy, Its alot faster too but its insane how happy it is to start stepping out, however the step out is always predictable (and fun). So whats the safest in the rain? Neither. It all comes down to the driver and how well they know their car and the conditions. Essentially what I'm saying is don't be an idiot and you'll be fine The g6 is the perfect daily. Speed, Class, practicality and comfort all in one. Even at my level, myself or my misses have no problem dailying it. Also F&*k Simmos, they are the camry of aftermarket wheel choice. And we have barras, Own it. no need for an 8 bonnet (to be fair I was considering one at some point as well).
