  6. You'll be maxing out the injectors really fast with a tune with that setup. Safe enough would be somewhere between 220 and 250 rwkw. The injectors, fuel pump and exhaust will hold it back making much more than that, most likely. removing centre muffler is fine. won't have a drone, but be a little louder and rumbly. good luck.

  8. You've missed a lot of history on here with Keith and similar situations involving me or other members. Speaking of... @k31th pics!!!! Keify is banging an actual human female, apparently. Hasn't provided pics yet though...so can't validate...

  9. This. Get it checked by someone you trust and get a second opinion before splashing cash. I had a bad clunk about 6 months after new diff bushes. Specialist diff place wanted to rebuild the diff. Kmart tyre and auto spotted the bolt in the centre bush had worked loose and fixed it for free. Go figure.

  10. WMMFFGT Not having to smash in a window on the car Queens bday bbq out with the family today. After getting something out of the car, the mrs is chatting away as she shuts the doors without noticing our 2yr old has climbed back in for some reason. Nek minnut, there's a 'click' - oh sh*t, she's locked the door and keys are still inside. 30min of cajoling and encouraging gestures follow but no luck, about to make a decision on which window to smash when finally she presses the right button - total accident - and the wife whips the door open before she can lock it again. I'm extremely farking happy, we're out in the bush without any reception and it's 100+ kays home, about 25 of which is unsealed road so the drive back would've sucked, let alone the cocking around and expense to get the window fixed. Lesson learnt.

  13. After nearly 6 months, the wiring is completed and installed in the car. I cannot begin to describe my feeling of joy and relief. I really feel like crying.. I know that some will wonder why it has taken so long. The extended duration was due to my wiring guy having a full time job (At the mines), which involves being away from home. Given my familiarity with these circumstances, it has taken substantially longer than normal. However, the man is absolutely fastidious with his work and I'm sure that when you view the pictures below, you will attest to the wait being justifiable. AS you can see, we cut the harness just past the firewall and added a Motorsport connector. This will allow us to completely disconnect the wiring harness in one spot (Except coils), if engine removal is required. I wish that I'd thought of it the first time around.... We've done the same with the Thermocouple amplifiers to allow for ease of removal/installation. Note that they amplifiers are not yet installed into the engine management compartment and that they will be mounted on top of thew wideband and I/O expander modules... So, the beast has been fired, but we had a small trigger issue. It seems to be losing it's home(Can't remember exact term).. We'll put it on a scope and suss it out...
