WOW some excellent news all round.
Congrats Stripes on the new house mate enjoy and may there be lot of good times.
Fluffy love it both look great but my fav is the right side. With the double vanities in both bath rooms and not once they are used at the same time.
Only thing I would make sure is A/C. If running ducted just make sure they adjust the frame to allow room to duct the up stairs.
Fingers crossed all goes well.
Rednose the paving looks good mate nice colour also. Bring on next summer
I got my first XR6 from Adelaide. I was working in Telstra back then and it was an XR6 - blueprint. Mmmmm remember it well - they guy I picked it up from had just used it for a wedding so had it detailed. Back then the lease was something like $12k pa pre-tax so it was a good deal - 100% fuel, maintenance and insurance was paid for by Telstra for 2 years. We drove up from Melbourne to Gold Coast for a holiday - what a trip
Damn catchy pop song...
and showing my age... such a good song though..
and this one is so chill it hurts..
one of my faves...
always loved this one too-
Today when I logged in, I was Rab. I tried to log out 3 times and it failed.
Each time I opened the webpage it would log me in as RAB again.
Was starting to get frustrating and then I thought, maybe I should post as Rab in here and then it fixed itself....
Made a lot of progress and made me happier in my position within the company. The director and I are almost always on the same pathway of thinking, in terms of business direction, which is good.
Thanks pix Yeah the right side is for your place Needed a simpler layout with a downstair bedroom for mum and dad. Ducting has already been allowed for, jets main priority is over compensating on AC with a huge unit for our house lol. Full reverse cycle refrigerated ac through each house. I'm dyslexic and cannot turn off simple functions in tapatalk
The bed isn't going on that wall
Only a chest of drawers
Also included a butlers pantry with dishwasher, sink, breakfast nook and food storage too
Big kitchen similar to this with 900 appliances
All doors including sliding alfresco ones are 2340
Nice, that was the deciding factor for us.
Al the homes we saw had massive master suites but smallish bedrooms.
Our house has a 6 x 4 master (plus walk-in and ensuite) and the other 3 rooms are 5 x 3.
Plenty of room for the kids beds, tallboys and desks with left over room for it not to feel cramped.
I like it, looks very functional.
How big are the rooms upstairs (2 and 4) in the bigger house?
Also please put double vanities in the master suite, azz will thank me later...lol
Weather has set us back a bit but not really fussed as its not hot enough to swim now.
Tiler came in yesterday and did the coping and waterline tiles, just needs to finish the feature wall.
Then plumbing, almost there....
Can't run head to head with a passenger there though. Racewars is about the 800m roll racing and has the 1000m v-max as an extra for the serious people. Head to head is where it's at though blow the tyres off the first 3 gears then grab 4th-5th find some traction and start realing people in.
Congrats biatch face So I selected our builder and had a design meeting this morning Almost reached final design, minimal changes (Kitchen sink is only a recessed single as we have the larger one in the butlers pantry etc) Pretty happy with what we've designed keeping in mind budget and so forth, 2x 300m2 houses the larger one being ours and the smaller for my parents. Huge back yard for the boys (we won't fence) and a huge multi use alfresco I'm pretty happy with our concept considering 90% is custom designed by us and we had criteria and budget to conform with. We're also having full stone bench tops, huge pivot front door and a bunch of other options in the kitchen Etc Super excited, hopefully it all happens and council do what they say and approve it Ps. Mostly happy coz I will get to live within 6kms from the cbd again and beach weeeeeeeeee
