ELIGIBILITY
Any member may post items for sale in The Market section provided they have made more than 25 posts on the forums. This is to prevent against users signing up just to advertise.
Any items considered illegal or of an offensive nature will be deleted and your account may be suspended and or deleted.
In the case of a member advertising for a company, the member or company will be billed at our monthly advertising rate per advertisement.
The item for sale must be yours (you cannot post items on behalf of others), and be ready for sale (i.e. removed from the vehicle in the instance of second-hand parts).
If you have the item listed on an auction site (i.e. ebay) then do not list the item here as well.

CAVEAT EMPTOR (Let The Buyer Beware)
Members should be aware that when placing an item for sale in The Market area, or when purchasing an item that was posted in the aforementioned area, there is a "buy/sell at your own risk" policy in effect. The owner, administrators and moderators of FordXR6Turbo.com are in no way responsible for any transactions that take place as result of a posting on this site.

REQUIREMENTS
- Full description (condition, part number, colour, etc.)
- Price (no auction style topics are allowed)
- Location
If these details are not clearly stipulated in the first post of the thread, we will not seek further information - it will just be deleted.

FINALISING SALE
Once your sale is complete, the thread author must post to advise so.

EXPIRY
All for sale threads excluding advertiser’s threads will be locked after 2 months of the last activity.

BUYING
Contact the seller by PM or whatever means offered in the first post. Do not post “PM Sent” - they will know you’ve sent them a PM when they actually receive it.
