Hi Everyone,

I just picked up one of the 4K Sony FDRX1000V action cams from the current JB Hi-Fi deal (ending this Sunday).

Here's info on the deal including some codes posted by others (the deal email from JB has a code you need to enter at checkout time but luckily people have also posted up their unused codes: https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/209375

Here's the official Sony link to the device: http://www.sony.com.au/electronics/actioncam/fdr-x1000v-body-kit

Also in the email, I notice there's a bonus if you buy selected action cams of a $169 Samsonite backpack, which I'm taking up as I need a replacement, so a nice win there:

Purchase this selected Sony Action Camera between the 30st October and 10th January 2016 to receive bonus Samsonite backpack via redemption only.

I'm going to get at least another one of these cameras down the track, I've been looking at some of the other Sony's since the beginning of the year. One thing I really like about them is the NFC connectivity but even more so their Live View remotes, so you can control a few Sony action cams from your wrist and see what they are pointing at: http://www.sony.com.au/electronics/actioncam-live-view-remote/rm-lvr2#product_details_default

Anyway I was wondering what dual suction cup mounts people are using for their cameras?

I found the Delkin Fat Gecko dual suction mount via a quick Google and had a look at a few reviews including this one https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8sM77fnAIfU
