Marc McDonald Member 18 Member For: 14y 5m 8d Posted 02/06/15 09:05 AM Share Posted 02/06/15 09:05 AM Hi all just a quick question just after ideas on an issue my BA 6T developed today, I was driving around and then accelerated and there was no boost at all, just a spinning sound coming from the turbo it sounded pretty terrible so I stopped the car and could and could hear the turbo spinning down which I found a little odd, it wasn't super loud or anything and as I was only 800m from home I started the car and took off again. On the way back it didn't happen again right away it accelerated normally, there was boost and then I turned a corner and bang, it was gone again and there was the horrible spinning sound. Any ideas? I thought maybe the bearing but there is only a small amount of play in the turbo once I pulled the pipe off etc. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
